At Pagagoo Shop, we stand behind the quality of our industrial storage products including drums, IBC totes, bins, pails, and buckets. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for qualifying items.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition Requirement: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or invoice required

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or contaminated industrial containers (drums, IBC totes, or bins that have held chemicals or hazardous materials)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products with removed or damaged manufacturer labels

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating you wish to exchange the item.
  2. Specify the replacement product you’re requesting in your email.
  3. If the exchange item is of greater value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For international returns (outside the U.S.), please note that:

  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:
