Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your business needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for qualifying items. To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or contaminated industrial containers (drums, IBC totes, or bins that have held chemicals or hazardous materials)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products with removed or damaged manufacturer labels

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely repackage the item(s) in original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

  • Follow the same steps as the return process
  • Clearly indicate you wish to exchange the item
  • Specify the replacement product in your email
  • For exchanges of greater value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

International Returns Note: For returns outside the U.S.:
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  1. Document the issue with photos showing the damage or incorrect item
  2. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at [email protected]

We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
