You agree not to:

• Resell products in violation of any applicable laws
• Use products for unlawful purposes or to store prohibited substances

All specifications, capacities, and material descriptions are provided by manufacturers. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3.3 Custom Orders

Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective. Lead times for custom orders will be provided at time of purchase.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

5.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or discrepancies within 3 business days of delivery to [email protected].

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

• Unused products in original packaging
• Products in resalable condition
• With original proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order products
• Products with removed or damaged manufacturer labels

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Repackage securely in original packaging
4. Ship to provided address using trackable method

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and product designs are our property or our suppliers’ property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.
